Ⅰ.Both Parties To the Contract

Platform: Platform: refers to the digital platform "LoanSahay" developed and operated by Prescot Traders Pvt. Ltd., including its website, mobile application, and other related services.

User: Refers to Indian residents (aged 18 or above) or legal entities who register and use the services provided by us.

Ⅱ.Definition of Service

The services provided by this platform are as follows:

User account registration and management

Financial service information inquiry

User experience support for related functions

Display and promotion of financial product information

The service is constrained according to the following regulations:

《The Indian Contract Act, 1872》

Ⅲ.Account Management

Users must register an account to use the platform's services. During the registration process, users must provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information.

Users should protect their account information and passwords, and be responsible for all activities and transactions conducted under their account.

If any unauthorized access or activity occurs to the account, the user must immediately notify us and take appropriate measures to remedy it.

Ⅳ.Data Collection & Privacy Protection

During the use of our platform services, we will collect necessary personal information and data, including but not limited to name, contact information, etc.

We will comply with relevant privacy protection laws and regulations, and take necessary technical and management measures to protect your personal information. For details, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

Ⅴ.User Obligations

Accuracy of Information

Please ensure all registration details are truthful and complete. We may reject your application or suspend services if we find any incorrect information.

Prohibited Acts

Including but not limited to:

(a) infringes upon the lawful rights and interests of the Platform or its users, including intellectual property theft, unauthorized data collection, or disruption of services; or

(b) employs technical measures to evade, disable, or tamper with the Platform’s review, supervision, or management mechanisms, such as automated tools, proxy servers, or reverse engineering.

Ⅵ.Data Management

We shall collect only such user data as is strictly necessary for the provision of services, including but not limited to basic personal information and contact details, and shall do so solely with the user's explicit consent. All collected data will be processed and utilized in strict compliance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws and regulations, including but not limited the Personal Data Protection Act, GDPR.

Ⅶ.Service Interruption and Termination

The Platform may temporarily suspend or discontinue all or part of its services without prior notice for operational reasons, including but not limited to:

(a) scheduled system maintenance or upgrades;

(b) urgent security or technical issues requiring immediate attention; or

(c) compliance with legal or regulatory requirements.

We will use reasonable efforts to minimize service disruptions and restore normal operations promptly.

Ⅷ.Intellectual Property

The Platform, its website, and all related services (including logos, content, software, and designs) are protected by intellectual property laws and belong solely to us or our authorized partners. You may not copy, modify, share, sell, or use any part of these materials without our written permission. Unauthorized use may lead to account suspension, legal consequences, and compensation claims.

Ⅸ.Disclaimer

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

(a) user errors or misuse of the Platform;

(b) failures of third-party devices, software, or network services beyond our control; or

(c) force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, government actions, or cyberattacks.

No Guarantees

The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind. Specifically:

Service Availability: We do not guarantee 100% uptime or uninterrupted service access. Scheduled maintenance or emergency disruptions may occur.

Third-Party Links: We are not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of external websites linked through the Platform. Access to such links is at your own risk.

Ⅹ.Dispute Resolution

Negotiation priority: Disputes should be submitted first support@prescottraders.com Feedback resolution.

Jurisdiction: Disputes shall be under the jurisdiction of Indian courts.

Applicable Law: Indian law shall apply.

Ⅺ.Amendment to the Agreement

Amendment Procedure:

The announcement will be published on the official website 15 days in advance.

Major changes will be notified via SMS.

Handling of Objections:

If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must cancel your account before the changes take effect.
